I am sure that you have all heard ads for them. The one that a stand out in my mind is ‘a tiny ding is beautiful, a tiny ding cuts price.

They sell brand- new products that have a slight defect, which means that they can’t be sold in the regular Grace Bros or David Joneses of this world, so they are sold at seconds stores at a discounted price.
